Kevin McCaffrey is an expert in Strategy Operations (StratOps) and focuses on the design of user-centered approaches to optimizing delivery of the most important strategic decisions that leaders must get right.
Kevin began his career as a McKinsey consultant. Kevin then joined T-Mobile to lead strategy, operations, and new ventures functions at T-Mobile, including management and oversight of CEO Mike Sievert’s top corporate priorities. He joined Google as Director of Operations for the $200bn+ Ads business with a mandate to tackle the key operational bottlenecks undermining long-term business priorities.
Kevin is a strategist with a passion for operations. He researches, designs, and implements world-class approaches for bringing trajectory-shaping strategies out of PowerPoint and into practice. He empowers leaders to actively manage the long-term success of their organizations through high quality, fast decision making in the fields of Big Bets, resource allocation, and metrics-driven operational interventions.
